About Lake Colchester

Lake Colchester is a private, man-made lake created in 1965. The Lakewood neighborhood was annexed into Norwalk in 1989.

South shore: 618 residences

North shore: Planned development of 1,000+ housing units

Member-Only Use:
Lake Colchester and LVA common properties are for Lakewood homeowners only. Staff and residents monitor use. Unauthorized individuals will be trespassed.
